To get started adding products, you will need the following information:
- Product Name
- Unique SKU
- Variation Information (color, size, etc.)
- Product Measurements (if product is being shipped)
- Product Weight (if product is being shipped)
- A Short Description
- A Longer Description (optional)
- A Product Image
- Product Regular Price
- Product Sale Price (optional)
- Tax Status
- Tax Class
- Product Category or Categories
- Product Tag(s)
Our recommendation is to add this information to your first product, export it to a CSV, and import it into a spreadsheet software you are familiar with, such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or Open Office. Once you open it in your chosen software, you can fill out the information for each additional product by using your first product as an example, then export the data as a CSV.
