Backups are automatic with Midnight Corp hosting. No action is needed on your part, though on our end we check on the backups every week to ensure they've been run.
If you need your site restored from backup, just submit a ticket through our Helpdesk. Include the date you need the be restored from in the ticket, along with the priority. We'll take another backup prior to restoring, just in case.
Note that backups are not real-time, so anything changes made to your website since the last backup will be lost.
