Quality Ticket Checklist

Think of this as a checklist to make sure you've included the information needed for your ticket.  We built this list based on the most common troubles that come up, and how you, the user, can help us make sure your support request is fully resolved.

  1. Does the ticket describe what needs to be done,
    1a. Without the need for special information?
    1b. In measurable terms?

  2. Does the ticket include the URL of the website(s) to be worked on?

  3. If needed, did you specify the Priority or the due date?
